Grubb & Ellis Company is a commercial real estate advisory firm with the reputation as the industry's leading source of vital market information. On the first day of business every year, the company issues its Real Estate Forecast both in print, and online.

For the 2007 Real Forecast Forecast, we created a flash enabled site that delivered top-tier user experience all the way from the animated introduction and information presentation through clear navigation and information design. Dynamically driven architecture allows visitors the ability to build, download and print custom PDF reports from multiple market/specialty selections.

By all accounts the site was a huge success. Traffic to the Forecast site was unprecedented, and Grubb & Ellis enjoyed a dramatic increase over 2006 in the number of inquiries for further information from clients, prospects, industry analysts and the media.
